As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be contributing to Pelico’s growth by shaping the organization’s futur. You will offer to our candidates, the best-in-class recruitment experience by ensuring the perfect match between profiles & company’s needs. The objective of the job is to make you thrill by seeing the tangible results of your effort. You’ll work closely with Jessy TECH - HR Talent Manager to build strong HR culture.

Job Description

What you'll do & learn📖

  • Perfect a deep understanding of the AI SAAS B2B industry and the latest advancements in technology that are needed to develop an effective talent acquisition strategy aligned with Pelico's growth objectives and industry standards.

  • Insight into the challenges and opportunities associated with talent acquisition in a high-growth, innovative organization: collaborate and proactively develop recruitment plans.

  • Experience in building and scaling teams to meet evolving business needs by conducting comprehensive interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for positions across various teams and departments

  • Exposure to cutting-edge recruitment techniques and tools to attract top talent, meaning sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates using various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking: streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency.

  • Contribute in a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining regular communication and providing timely updates to candidates; al well sharing internally visibility on the hiring plan & stages

  • Develop and maintain a strong inclusive & diverse talents pipeline, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

  • Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to expand Pelico's reach and attract diverse talent.

  • Collaborate with Jessy in developing and refining Pelico's employer brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a compelling value proposition for prospective candidates.

  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance recruitment effectiveness and optimize hiring outcomes.

What you embody 🎯

  • Graduated from Business Administration or related field associated to a specialization in HR.

  • Tracks records in Recruitment gained in fast-paced environment ( start-up / strategy consulting / VC Fund / Headhunting agencies...)

  • Willingness to work on other HR topics if necessary

  • Strong analytic mindset: you project the result, you build the path

  • Client focus & ROI oriented on your way of working and on the way your federate people

  • Team player and comfortable working with others

  • Curious, autonomous and highly energetic

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French & English

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.

  • Organized, detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or GG suite

  • Previous experience in a Tech environment is a plus
