The Tech Delivery Team is the technical link between the Customer Operations and Customer Support with the rest of the company, we fix bugs when a client finds a problem, we help the CustOps with onboarding of new customers, the DevOps with the deployment of new products and features and we study how to make our client’s transition to Pelico SAAS smooth & easy.
We have identified several opportunities that will make today's processes and daily work easier for the CustOps onboarding new clients and adding new data to the current ones.
What you'll do & learn📖
The mission will be to develop a tool that will transform what today takes days between multiple people to happen in less than a few hours by only one person and much less assistance. You'll have the help of several teams either by defining the requirements, testing, helping with the processes, software stack (backend and frontend). The impact of this tool is HUGE in terms of productivity and taking out frustration, it will also set the basis for other future tools that we've already started adding to our backlog.
In your day to day, you will:
Integrate a running team that has business and technical experience
Interact directly with our internal clients (you’ll get help) which are other teams of Pelico (Product Management, Customer operations, Marketing…)
Work with an agile approach on a 1 week based iteration for quick course correction.
Provide output that are Running documented applications: an easy way for non-technical users and are able to be easily extended and modified by developers.
