Pelico’s operations management system empowers factory teams with the agility required to manage production blockers and deliver products on time, at cost.

Our French Start-up based in Paris recently raised 18.5m€ to accelerate our expansion.

After realizing successful & impactful deployments to our client's by using data as a leverage towards their industrial efficiency; Pelico is now going to conquer the US market and we are looking for expanding our skills on this territory.

To do so, one matter is to have talented & adventurer profiles to onboard our clients on the solution and make a crazy impact while they are managing their data on the field.

You will be our first Solutions Engineer based in the US, as a consequence you will actively contribute in our practices & training as well.

Job Description

The Solutions Engineer at Pelico is a key stakeholder in optimizing's the time to value of our software deployment.

You will be working with operational teams in manufacturing plants to support industrial players in the transformation of their operations while contributing to the Pelico Platform evolution.

Your main objective is to ensure a successful delivery to our clients.

Pelico's customer operations team is currently composed of 5 Pelicans directly reporting to the Chief Customer Officer.

Missions 🏆

Pre-sales

  • Dive in with plants operations teams to better understand their customer jobs and reinvent their day to day work with data.

  • Demo our product to our prospective customers.

User onboarding

  • Map, model and analyze the client’s data to feed the platform or to create operational recommendations with Jupyter notebooks.

  • Conceive and articulate platform workflows to solve real life plant issues.

  • Be the main point of contact for our users.

  • Play the role of project manager to facilitate the onboarding.

First wins

  • Generate a significant impact on industrial performance in the client’s plants by helping users leverage the platform.

Pilot conversion

  • Help the team automate deployment processes and playbook to build scalability.

Preferred Experience

You combine a passion for technology and data with the will to have a sustainable and significant impact on industrial processes. You have the desire to join an early stage startup and be the witness to all the steps of rapid growth.

Requirements 🎯

  • Track records in Software implementation, solutions engineering or Technical Pre-saling, Digital transformation consultancy - ideally in the Industry field

  • Professional experience in modeling, transforming and analyzing data.

  • Capacity to apprehend and solve complex business problems into technical quick-wins

  • Willingness to build long term relationships with B2B clients, to collaborate and iterate with users to create innovation solutions.

  • Engineering background with abilities on Python & SQL

  • Autonomous, results oriented and you excel in stimulating environments.

  • Willingness to create impact for customers and see the product in the hand of happy users.

  • Team player and comfortable working with others.

  • English mandatory, other language appreciated (verbal & written).
