Job Description
As a customer operations intern you will be joining a squad where your mission will be to work with Software Engineers to conquer plants and to support industrial players in the transformation of their operations, while contributing to the Pelico Platform evolution & 360° customer experience.
You will have the opportunity to write a fantastic story about reinventing industrial operations and grow with an early stage startup and join an ambitious team who works in a very good and caring spirit.
You will be onboarded in a squad composed by product manager, software developers and one customer operations manager.
Missions 🏆
Your main tasks will be to :
- Dive in with plants operations teams to better understand their customer jobs and reinvent their day to day work with data.
- Help in conception & development of our in collaboration with a software / data engineer
- Map, model and analyze the client’s data to feed the app or to create operational recommendations. (Python / SQL)
- Generate a significant impact on industrial performance in the client’s plants by helping users leverage the platform
Your key results will be:
- User Onboarding: Be the principal contact to the client + Play the role of project manager to facilitate the onboarding
- First wins: Support the customers and lead them to their first user wins
- Pilot conversion: Take charge of the project delivery to ensure the success of our pilot conversion
