Job Description

In relation with the Customer Operation team and with the supervision of our Customer Support Manager, you will participate in high value-added missions to conquer plants and to support industrial players in the transformation of their operations, while contributing to the Pelico Platform evolution & 360° customer experience.

You will have the opportunity to write a fantastic story about reinventing industrial operations, grow with an early stage startup and join an ambitious team who works in a very good and caring spirit.


  • Integrate, setup and customize the service support platform based on the chosen solution

  • Assist the team on putting in place automated workflows to streamline processes, increase customer satisfaction and internal productivity

Knowledge base

  • Build a Help center to improve self-service of Pelico’s products and services

Customer support

  • Work with end-users to diagnose and resolve routine technical issues quickly and efficiently

  • Track and document all technical issues and the steps taken to resolution

  • Assist the team in building the best customer journey to create the most effective self-service support

What you will learn

    • You are naturally collaborative, supportive and organized
    • Strong written technical documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
    • Notions of SQL / Python or another language
