Job Description

To underline our business growth & achieve our sales target, we are staffing our Sales organization in USA.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will join the Pelico Sales team (VP Global Sales, Head of Sales France, 3 Account Executive & 2 SDR). Your role will be to generate new accounts in a context of full growth ! ๐Ÿš€

Your contacts will be Factory Managers and their operational teams (Supply Chain Manager, Production Controller...) and you will work closely with our SDR, Presales,ย  Marketing, Product and Customer Operations teams.

Your missions will be to:

  • Contribute to the growth and lead generation strategy in Germany

  • Set up and manage account plans

  • Development of the customer portfolio

  • Build real relationships with senior executives and decision-makers (C-Level)

  • Ensure product presentations with our pre-sales team

  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining command of the sales cycle

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and drive new business sales

  • Implementation and application of a business development strategy

Recruitment Process

  • Track records as an Account Executive in SaaS/BtoB dedicated to Industry

  • You know how to manage long and complex sales cycles with C-level contacts.

  • Interest in our industry

  • English native mandatory (verbal & written)
