Your Missions

As a Marketing Specialist, your role is to support the Marketing Manager in executing the marketing plan, with a strong focus on event execution and campaign coordination. You will be responsible for the operational and logistical aspects of marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns and events are delivered on time and run smoothly.

1. Event Execution & Logistics (Attendance-Focused)
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of the event plan

  • Manage event attendance logistics: registrations, attendee lists, calendar invitations, meeting scheduling, and on-site coordination

  • Coordinate logistics (booth requirements, shipping, badges, catering, etc.)

  • Prepare all necessary event materials (giveaways, booth materials)

  • Coordinate internally with Marketing team to schedule meetings and ensure proper event preparation

  • Attend events when needed to support logistics and coordination on-site

2. Campaign & Marketing Execution
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing assets with internal team

  • Update and maintain marketing event pages and campaigns

3. Lead & Performance Tracking
  • Ensure leads from events and campaigns are properly captured and uploaded into the CRM

  • Maintain and update campaign and event performance trackers

  • Track key metrics such as registrations, attendance, leads, and meetings booked

  • Support the Marketing Manager in preparing performance reports

4. Operational Marketing Support
  • Help maintain the marketing calendar and campaign timelines

  • Support the coordination of different marketing projects across teams

  • Help manage vendors and suppliers for marketing activities

  • Ensure marketing materials and documents are organized and up to date

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or project coordination

  • Very organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong execution and coordination skills

  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, external vendors)

  • Hands-on and proactive
